GET AN APPOINTMENT FOR ALL OF YOUR GOING/RETURN PROCEDURES.
- PROCEDURES CAN’T BE FULFİLLED WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
- NO COPIES/PRINTS CAN BE TAKEN FROM OUR OFFICE.
- PROCEDURES CAN’T BE FULFILLED WITH MISSING DOCUMENT.
FOR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS;
TUESDAY AND THURSDAY 16:00 – 17:00
!! STUDENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED OUTSIDE THE STATED HOURS.
Our students who gained the right to go abroad within the scope of Erasmus + Mobility for Studies & Placement have to come to our office with an appointment in order to sign their grant agreements at least 10 days before they go. There are some examples like students who want to fulfill their procedures by making an appointment just before they go with reasons such as they would go in 2 days, so they cause us to have difficulties with our appointment programme and leave other students in a tight spot who made appointments in time. Moreover, in the event of missing documents they have to postpone their departure date. For this reason, such claims have not been considered and appointments not given since 02.09.2014. In the current situation, appointments are given as early as possible.
Students are responsible for their appointment demand.
