The questioning process for the recognition of the universities in abroad within the scope of Mevlana Exchange Program
To be able to sign the Mevlana Exchange Program Protocol with a university in abroad within the scope of Mevlana Exchange Program, it should be questioned whether the relevant university is recognized by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK).
This recognition questioning process was normally carried out by sending the petition that demands recognition to the Council of Higher Education after the information of the university with which our academic units want to sign a protocol was added to the recognition petition by our International Relations Office.
But with the decision of the Council of Higher Education that was announced on 26. 01.2015, it was stressed that the recognition petition must be signed by our rector first and then sent to the relevant unit of the Council of Higher Education.
We would like to submit this new implementation to the academic units of our university and to the coordinators of Mevlana Exchange Program.
