ERASMUS+ AGREEMENTS
We promote all the departments to sign inter institutional agreements, and to use the existing agreements efficiently according to Erasmus+ programme. Before making an agreement, it sould be considered that the agreement adds value to DEU, students and staff. Besides, the correspondance of courses, credits, language instructions and academic matters should be analysed before the signing process.
It is possible to make agreements under two groups of countries:
- Programme countries (EU countries and Iceland, Norway, Liehtenstein, Macedonia)
- Partner countries. It is devided into 13 regions at Programme Guide of European Commision. Three regions (5th, 8th and 12th) are inactivated. Permitted regions are;
- Region : Western Balkans
- Eastern Partnership countries
- South Mediterrenean countries
- Russian Federation
- Asia
- Central Asia
- Iran, Iraq, Yemen
- South Africa
- ACP
- Other Industrialised countries
The process for making an agreement is as follows;
- Find an institution
- Agree on the subjects such as number of students/staff, language of instruction, study cycle etc, and to fill these information on the agreement
- Fill other information on the agreement (contacts, grading system, calendar, info about visa, accomodation, insurance etc)
- Signing by the authorities of the institutions.
